About Us

Custom Designs: We can take a customer design from your drawing or email/photo through to final artwork,

garment design and construction. Once your design has been submitted, we can then do a cost study and

reply back to you within 24hrs.

Duplicated Designs : Not only do we specialize in Customer designs, but If you like a specific style, but would

like to change fabric or modify the design, we will be happy to assist you. We can also copy and replicate an

existing garment.  (Except Brand Trademark Items)

Pattern / Pattern Grading : We provide pattern making and pattern grading.  This is included in our service

once order is confirmed.

Printing and Embroidery : We provide a complete range of textile screen printing as well as embroidery of

your garments base on the requirements you have.

Woven Labels & Garment Accessories:  We can add your label, swing tag, or brand accessories to your

garments, as well as package your order in your branded packaging if required.  We can also have labels and

branded packaging made for your orders if you require..

Sampling : If you request a product sample from your own design.  Sample time takes 10 – 14 days from

available stock fabric.  If we have to source a specific fabric, sample time is 2 – 3 weeks. There will be a

sample charge.  Sample must be prepaid before we begin sampling.

Production Time : Once all samples / strike offs / designs/ fabrics are approved, P.O. received, Deposit

payment received and confirmed, production start to finish 4 – 6 weeks pending on quantity of order.

Production Capacity : Depending on the production season and type of garments in production.  Our general

production capacity is 15000 – 20000 units per month.

SOURCING

Fabric Sourcing : we have a wide range of available fabrics.  In denim, cotton, canvas, twill, poplin, yarn

dyes, jersey, jacquard, nylons, polyester, poly-cotton blends, rayon, micro-fibre, micro-active.  If there is a

specific fabric we do not have that you require, we will be happy to assist you in finding it.

In Line Garments Sourcing : If there is a garment in line item we do not produce, we will happy to assist you

finding a suitable replacement.  Being in the garment business in SA for 20 years, if we do not make the item,

we can help you find your requirement.
